1. Who these terms apply to
These terms cover the use of this website and the general basis on which Ameritech I.T. Services provides services. Each engagement is governed by a separate written service agreement, proposal or work order signed by both parties; where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement prevails.
2. Services
We provide information technology and back-office services to business clients — IT support and helpdesk, Microsoft 365 administration, network and infrastructure work, cybersecurity and endpoint management, business application development, and operations support. Scope, deliverables and service levels are defined per engagement. We do not sell goods and we do not provide services to consumers through this website.
3. Fees, invoicing and payment
- Fees are quoted per engagement, in Philippine pesos or United States dollars as stated in the agreement.
- Invoices are issued against the agreed schedule and are payable on the terms stated on the invoice.
- Applicable Philippine taxes are charged as required by law.
- This website does not process card payments or online checkout. Payments are made through the channel named in the agreement or on the invoice.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Either party may end an engagement in writing on the notice period stated in the agreement. Work already performed and expenses already committed remain payable. Where a client has prepaid for services that have not been delivered, the undelivered portion is refunded to the original payment source, or credited against future work if the client prefers, within thirty (30) days of the written request. 5. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing the access, licences, information and approvals needed for us to perform the work, and for ensuring that access granted to us is authorised by the owner of the systems and data concerned.
6. Confidentiality and data
Each party keeps the other’s confidential information in confidence and uses it only to perform the engagement. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Ownership of work product is set out in the engagement agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, tools, templates and pre-existing materials we bring to the work remain ours, and the client receives a licence to use them for the delivered work. The content and design of this website remain the property of Ameritech I.T. Services.
8. Warranties and liability
We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in an engagement agreement, services and this website are provided without further warranty. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where the law does not permit such a limit.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of Tarlac City have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution clause agreed in an engagement agreement.
