Ameritech I.T. Services (“Ameritech”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled. We process personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
Who we are
Ameritech I.T. Services is a sole proprietorship registered in the Philippines, with its office at Unit 5, GEKA Building, 45 McArthur Highway, Barangay Burot, Tarlac City, Tarlac 2300, Philippines. For privacy questions, write to info@ameritech.world.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you contact us by email, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- Client and engagement records. For clients, we hold the contact details, service records and billing information needed to deliver and invoice the services agreed in writing.
- Information handled on behalf of clients. While providing IT support we may access systems that contain our clients’ own data. We act on the client’s instructions for that data and do not use it for any purpose of our own.
This website
This website is a static information site. It does not use cookies, does not run advertising or analytics trackers, and has no contact form or online checkout. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide the services requested.
- To administer engagements, including scheduling, support records, invoicing and payment.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations in the Philippines.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to deliver our services or to comply with the law — for example with service providers that host our systems or process payments, and with government authorities when legally required. Service providers are bound to use the information only for the purpose we engaged them for.
Retention and security
Personal information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires it to be kept. We apply organisational, physical and technical measures — including access control, encryption in transit, and endpoint protection — to protect it against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to be informed about, access, correct, object to the processing of, or request the erasure or blocking of your personal information, and you may lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@ameritech.world and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new update date.
